I started my wedding suit order (blue suit) in January for a September wedding. We were told the suits would be in at least one month before the wedding. Great. That's 7 months for them to get it together - more than enough time. So I called twice over the summer to make sure that was still the case, and they assured me it was and they will have us looking good for the wedding. The one month mark comes - no suits. They assure me they will be in by the end of the week. At the end of the week, I get a call telling me they are in and ready for pickup. Great. So I tell my groomsmen, and one drives from Memphis to pick it up. When he gets there, we are informed that the suits are actually not in nor are they ready for pickup. I call to let them know how unsatisfied I am with their service, and the guy on the phone says "I don't know anything about that, I'll call you back when your rep gets in in about 30 minutes." An hour passes with no call, so I call them and the same guy says, "He's not in. Call back in an hour." First of all, you should be calling me. Second, you should apologize. Third, why don't you call my rep and have him give me a call? Anyway, the day ends and I never did get a call. The next week (2 weeks until wedding), the suits are finally in. Two weeks just is not enough time to have 9 employed people from all over the southeast come to Jackson to pick up a suit. Regardless, we got it done. By the time I can make it in to town to pick mine up, there is only one week until the wedding. Despite the timing, it's all going to be alright, the suits are in and we can all get them. At least that's what I thought. When I pick up my suit, IT'S THE WRONG COLOR. WITH ONE WEEK UNTIL THE WEDDING. When confronted, they told us, "Well sometimes the manufacturer changes the color." Alright then, how about a phone call about it? How about the slightest bit of warning rather than just waiting for us to pick them up and hope we don't notice. So we went back to the original book to prove that we ordered a blue suit, and they had written it down incorrectly! We even have a picture of a representative holding up the blue suit to my body from January! They put a grey suit, and as fate would have it, the bridesmaid dresses were a different shade of grey. Well, we couldn't do anything about it. So we took the suits and just had to make it work. Overall, the service was awful. The people were nice and assuring, but they could not hold up their end of the deal and never took ownership for ordering the wrong suits or having them come in late. $1400 later, I am happily married.

Customer service was great and everyone was nice however there were no follow ups on many things as we kept calling for weeks leading up to our Wedding to see if suits had arrived so the guys could finish payment and get alterations scheduled. We were told many different things and finally a week prior to the event were told they were waiting on a few more bow ties...really? Bow ties is the hold up from getting suit coats and pants altered. Also many of the suits didn't have the handkerchiefs that were supposed to come with the suit and this was discovered the morning of the Wedding and my Father n Law had to go get them. Futhermore I drove from Nashville to get my son's suit altered a week prior to my Wedding and was told it was a 24-48 hour turn around and what do you have it.....my Grandma ended up altering my son's suit hours before my Wedding because they NEVER altered is at the store. For that and many other hiccups leading to our Wedding I would not recommend them because no one should have to deal with yhis many issues or have to alter anything once they leave the store. Staff should be trained thoroughly and understand the importance of follow up, time management and ensuring eveything is a accurate before the customer leaves the store. Out of all the vendors I dealt with for my Wedding, this was the ONLY one we had issues with! Very disappointed!
