  My wife just had a baby and I was working for a heating and air conditioning company. I put in an application for manager and got a call back and the job. This was in 2001 as I remember the world trade Centre coming down while I was working there. The bad thing is that I quit my job to be a manager there, and they didn't tell me but it was for seasonal help. I've been hoping that store would go out of business ever since. They told me it was not there problem that we just had a baby and laughed at me when I asked what I was supposed to do then. I never stepped a foot in there again and neither has any of my relatives. Oh the best part is that the guy I was supposed to take over for ( which was always a lie) stole from them and they never knew it. To my knowledge he still works there. Also the Co manager which was a man at the time hid from customers and also regional managers because he had no clue what he was doing. Clarence who worked with me in stock was the only nice person who worked there. I truly hope that your store falls on just as hard of a time as I went through when you took me from my good job to come there just because you wanted seasonal help. You don't go around playing with people's lives like that and then have the nerve to laugh at their misfortune from the games you play. I've hoped for so long that you would feel the pain you left me with, and it looks like you are headed down that road. I have plenty of juicy stories about your management team, but I won't get into that. Not yet anyway. You shouldn't ever give someone a job while they have another just to hire for seasonal and let them work three months and fire them right before Christmas. You are sorry, and you don't deserve one star. You deserve to close down permanently and your sales look like you are headed that way. Karma is a ...... Lol. Now you can deal with the pain I dealt with, your just lucky you don't have a newborn to try to raise in that situation. By the way your products are way overpriced and inferior to other brands. Not to mention how they are treated coming off the truck, and even worse when customers Bronte them back where they sit in the warehouse until they can be worked on, which employees kick, move, and tamper with them. But you should know this from your loss prevention monitor. I just would like the customers to know what really goes on behind the scenes. Oh by the way the loss prevention monitor doesn't have a camera upstairs in that kinda hidden room that's next to the eyeglasses center, well that's where most the Managers hide for most the day. So next time your looking for them, that is where I always looked first. Just wishing you the best as your company crumbles around you like my life did when you thought you would play your games.
