  March of 2017 bought a $3500 living room set. It has electric recliners lumbar supports etc. Well the loveseat looks to be defective and one recliner grinds when yiu put it out, One arm is leaning out. The middle headrest on the couch is higher than the others. We have called several times asking for repair. Each time we are told the service manager will call... 6 months later and several calls we are still waiting on the service manager to call. My total purchase that day was $5k you would think they would take care of their customers who make purchases like this... guess not... never again!
