Wanted some info on door locks and doorbell camera, a rep stopped, talked said they had no wedge for the camera angle. So, they could not help with camera. Then said they would get some measurements and get back with me the following week. Been 2 1/ 2 months and have not heard from the ADS rep! I finally called and voiced my displeasure with their customer service! Just telling my story, not trying to stop anyone from contacting ADS, for service!
